Leuze IGSU14E/LWT.3SD-M12 Ultrasonic Fork Sensor for Splice Inspection

The Leuze IGSU14E/LWT.3SD-M12 is an ultrasonic fork sensor built for splice inspections on transparent and non-transparent web material, with an easyTeach function, integrated paper tear monitoring, manual fine-tuning of the switching threshold and a dedicated warning output.

It runs from 18 to 30V DC drawing up to 60mA, switches at up to 2000Hz with a 0.2ms response time (supporting web speeds up to 50 m/min during teach-in), offers 2 push-pull digital outputs with IO-Link connectivity (COM3, Smart Sensor Profile, V1.1), and connects via a 5-pin A-coded M12 connector.
