• Quotations are prepared individually by our sales engineering team based on availability, lead times, current exchange rates, and freight configurations.
• Estimated turnaround times (e.g., 2-4 hours) are guidelines and may vary for custom integration designs or complex bill of materials.

3. Warranties and Product Guarantees

As an authorized distributor and industrial supplier, Techno Control Corporation provides warranty coverage as defined by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs):

• Warranty terms (typically 12 months unless specified otherwise) cover manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operational conditions.
• Warranties do not cover failures resulting from improper installation by unauthorized personnel, power surges, water damage, or operation outside specified electrical parameters.
• Technical support and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by separate, signed master service contracts.

4. Intellectually Protected Content

All materials, documentation, technical drawings, code blocks, layouts, brand representations, and copy text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Techno Control Corporation or our OEM partners (such as ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider Electric, etc.).

You may download datasheets and manuals for your internal engineering evaluations, but you may not duplicate, republish, or commercialize any site assets without explicit written authorization from TCC management.
