Leuze DB 112 B Ultrasonic Double Sheet Testing Unit

The Leuze DB 112 B is an ultrasonic double sheet testing sensor head used with a Leuze VDB double sheet monitoring amplifier to detect single sheet, double sheet or missing sheet conditions on sheet-fed printing, packaging and paper-handling machinery.

It operates on the through-beam ultrasonic principle, pairing a transmitter and receiver head across the material path, with an adjustment range covering up to 1500mm of gap setting depending on amplifier configuration; the sensor head requires a compatible Leuze VDB-series amplifier to provide power and process the switching outputs.
