Leuze HTU212-400/NT-M12 Ultrasonic Sensor

The Leuze HTU212-400/NT-M12 is an ultrasonic diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression, cylindrical M12 metal housing, used for close-range object detection largely independent of color, material or surface finish.

It covers an operating range of 0.04 to 0.4m with a 40 to 400mm adjustable switching point, uses a 300kHz ultrasonic frequency with a 20 degree opening angle, 1mm resolution and 0.4% repeatability, runs from 18 to 30V DC with an NPN transistor output, and connects via a 4-pin A-coded M12 male connector; MTTF is rated at 575 years.
