TFS410 SMS-TORK - Digital Thermal Air Flowmeter

The TFS410 is an SMS-TORK digital thermal flow sensor for air and nitrogen, using a heater-type sensing element to give an instantaneous and accumulated flow reading with no moving parts in the gas stream.

The standard TFS410 range covers port sizes from 1/8 to 1/2 inch Rc (PT) thread with flow rates from 1 to 500 L/min depending on model, while the larger TFS410-H series covers 150 to 12000 L/min at rated pressures up to 1.5 MPa (2.25 MPa proof pressure). Standard models are rated plus or minus 5 percent of full scale accuracy, the H series plus or minus 1.5 percent, both with NPN or PNP open collector switch outputs (two outputs) plus an accumulated pulse output, an M12 connector with a 3 metre lead, IP65 protection and 0 to 50 degree C operation on a 12 to 24 VDC supply.
