S9180.1 SMS-TORK - Vibro Flow Fluidizing Device

The S9180.1 Vibro Flow is an SMS-TORK pneumatic fluidizing device from the same Vibro Flow range as the S9180, fitted to silos, hoppers and containers to stop powders and granules bridging and to keep material flowing to a full, clean discharge.

Like the rest of the Vibro Flow range, the S9180.1 runs on a minimum of 1.5 bar compressed air, injecting a thin air layer between the container wall and the stored material to reduce friction and keep it moving during discharge, then vibrating lightly to self-clean once the container is empty. It can be fitted inside the container or mounted externally where the inside is not accessible, and is suited to free-flowing-resistant materials such as bentonite, ash, flour, cement, feldspar, soda, kaolin, aluminium and titanium dioxide. Units are spaced no more than 30 mm apart between centres near the outfeed mouth, arranged in circular rows so the fluidizing effect overlaps.
