RA-KS...DA Series SMS-TORK - Stroke Adjustable Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator

The RA-KS...DA Series is an SMS-TORK double acting rack and pinion actuator fitted with a dedicated stroke adjustment mechanism for fine-tuning the open and closed end positions in the field.

Where the standard RA actuator permits plus or minus 5 percent stroke adjustment at each end, the RA-KS configuration brings that adjustment out to an accessible external mechanism, letting technicians trim the fully open and fully closed stops to match a valve's actual seating position without disassembling the actuator, useful after re-seating a valve disc or compensating for seal wear. It retains the standard TORK RA extruded aluminium body, ISO 5211/DIN 3337 valve connection, and Namur VDI/VDE 3845 accessory connection, and converts between double and single acting by fitting the spring kit.
