PL1020 Series SMS-TORK - Remote Controlled Pulse Solenoid Valves

The PL1020 Series is an SMS-TORK pilot-operated, remote-controlled pulse solenoid valve for dust collector and jet filter bag cleaning, delivering a fast, sharp air pulse through a 2/2 way pilot-operated design.

Response is rated at 100 milliseconds for both opening and closing, with a body in aluminium, internal parts in stainless steel, a copper shading ring, aluminium seats and a thermoplastic or reinforced rubber diaphragm depending on size. The valve operates across -10 to 160 degrees C (down to -40 degrees C on smaller sizes) with a -20 to 80 degrees C ambient rating, covers sizes G3/4 inch through G3 inch, and is available with an electronic timer on request for sequenced bank cleaning. It complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC.
