PL1010 Series SMS-TORK - Pulse Solenoid Valves

The PL1010 Series is an SMS-TORK direct-acting pulse solenoid valve used to fire the reverse-air cleaning pulse on bag filters, dust collectors and similar filtration equipment.

Covering sizes G3/4 inch through G3 inch with orifice diameters of 25 to 76 mm, the PL1010 is rated 0.5 to 8 bar with a flow coefficient (Kv) from 150 to 2040 l/min depending on size, and operates across -10 to 160 degrees C with NBR or Viton sealing, or down to -40 degrees C with a thermoplastic seal. The valve is rated IP65 as standard, IP68 on request, and weighs from roughly 0.68 to 3.8 kg across the size range. TORK pulse valves comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC.
