PFS Series SMS-TORK - Paddle Flow Switch

The PFS Series is an SMS-TORK mechanical paddle flow switch for water, cooling and lubrication systems and fire protection lines, giving a flow or no-flow contact signal for pipe diameters from 1 to 6 inches.

Four interchangeable paddle sizes cover the full 1 to 6 inch pipe range, with the switch connecting to the line through a 1 inch welded socket. The internal SPDT mechanical micro switch is rated 24 to 250 VAC at up to 15 A, factory set and field adjustable with a screw if the trip point needs changing. The housing is rated IP65, operates across an ambient range of 0 to 60 degrees C and a fluid temperature range of 5 to 100 degrees C, withstands up to 10 bar working pressure, and adds only around 0.01 to 0.03 bar of pressure loss to the line.
