Kubler SR060E Slip Ring, Compact Rotary Transmission

The Kubler SR060E is a compact slip ring developed for the packaging industry, transmitting power, signals and data between a stationary and a rotating platform, with a smooth surface designed for easy cleaning in food-processing equipment and applications such as flowpack/blister packaging machines, robots and rotary tables.

It is compact at 60 x 98mm, supports up to 3 power and 2 signal transmission paths with a load current up to 20A, uses innovative oil-free silver/bronze or silver/precious-metal contact materials giving maintenance intervals of 100 million revolutions (10x longer than conventional gold-wire slip rings), and is rated IP64 for easy cleaning with a damp cloth or water jet.
