Burkert Type 2000 Pneumatic 2/2-Way Angle Seat Valve CLASSIC (00175576)

The Burkert Type 2000 (article 00175576) is an externally piloted 2/2-way angle seat valve from the CLASSIC range, opened and closed by a single or double-acting piston actuator.

The virtually straight flow path gives high flow rates, with Kv values from 3.8 to 140 m3/h across the range, and a self-adjusting packing gland keeps the stem sealed. The range covers DN 10 to DN 80 with threaded, welded or clamp connections, operating pressure up to 25 bar (PN 25) and medium temperatures from -40 to +230 C. It handles steam, water, neutral gases, alcohols, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, salt solutions, alkalis and organic solvents. The valve is available normally closed or normally open, pilot pressure is 2 to 10 bar, and accessories for position indication, stroke limitation or manual override can be retrofitted.
