Burkert Type 3003 Electric Rotary Actuator, 35 Nm, 100-240 V AC (225210)

The Burkert 3003 (article 225210) is a compact electric rotary actuator for quarter-turn ball and butterfly valves, rated 35 Nm with a 7 second 90 degree travel time.

It runs on 100 to 240 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 100 to 350 V DC and draws 45 W, with an IEC 34 S4 50 % duty rating. Mounting is ISO 5211 F05/F07 with a 22 mm female star drive and a 22/14 mm conversion sleeve. Rotation is 90 degrees plus or minus 5 degrees. A manual override and adjustable limit switches are standard, as are a heating resistor and a torque limiter for motor protection. Supply voltage connects through an EN 175301-803 cable plug, and the housing has ISO M20 cable glands. The housing is flame resistant to UL 94 V0, and options include extra limit switches, a potentiometer and emergency power.
