2KJ3001 Innomotics - SIMOGEAR Helical Gearbox with Adapter

The 2KJ3001 is an Innomotics SIMOGEAR single-stage helical gearbox, size E.39, supplied with an adapter for mounting IEC, NEMA or Siemens servo motors instead of a fixed integral motor.

Part of the SIMOGEAR D 50.11 gearbox-with-adapter range, the 2KJ3001 carries a maximum output torque of 65 Nm across the series and is offered in this high-speed selection at gear ratios from 1.29:1 to 9.22:1, giving output speeds from 157 to 1124 rpm. Rather than shipping as a fixed motor-gearbox unit, the gearbox body accepts a short plug-in adapter (K4) for IEC motors, a flexible coupling adapter (K2) for harsher environments, or coupling adapters (KS, K8) sized for Siemens servo motor ranges including SIMOTICS S-1FK2, 1FK7, 1FT7 and M-1PH8. NEMA motor adapters (K5, K3) and a free-shaft adapter (A/AZ) for belt, chain or coupling drives round out the mounting options.
