Fuji Electric 2MBI300N-060 Dual IGBT Module, 600 V 300 A

The Fuji Electric 2MBI300N-060 is a 2-in-1 IGBT module rated 600 V and 300 A, with two IGBTs and free-wheeling diodes in a half-bridge for inverter phase legs.

Collector current is 300 A continuous (600 A pulsed for 1 ms), maximum power dissipation is 1100 W and isolation voltage is 2500 V AC for 1 minute. Saturation voltage is classified so modules can be matched for parallel connection, maximum VCE(sat) is 2.8 V, and the module offers high-speed switching, voltage drive and a low-inductance structure. Typical uses are inverters for motor drives, AC and DC servo drive amplifiers, uninterruptible power supplies and industrial machines such as welding equipment.
