RGC3A60D20KKE Carlo Gavazzi - 3-Phase Solid State Relay 20 A with Integrated Heatsink

The RGC3A60D20KKE is a Carlo Gavazzi three-pole solid state relay with an integrated heatsink, switching 20 A per pole from 42 to 660 VAC under a 5 to 32 VDC control signal.

This is a direct replacement for a mechanical contactor on duties where switching is frequent enough to wear the contacts out, and the integrated heatsink removes the usual job of calculating dissipation for the application. Zero cross switching keeps inrush and electrical noise down, an integrated varistor protects the output against uncontrolled line transients, and screw terminals on both the control and power sides allow safe looping of cables. The RGC three-phase range is certified as a listed product under UL 508A with a 100 kArms short circuit current rating.
