BXJ91 Series Warom - Explosion-Proof High-Voltage Junction Boxes

The BXJ91 Series is a Warom explosion-proof high-voltage junction box rated to 11 kV AC in Ex eb and 15 kV AC in Ex ec, built around copper bars and high-voltage insulators.

High-voltage cable joints in a hazardous area are the point where flameproof enclosures usually become impractically heavy. The BXJ91 uses increased safety and non-sparking protection in a stainless or carbon steel enclosure instead, keeping the box manageable while still covering Zones 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22. Copper busbars and high-voltage insulators handle the terminations, and the enclosure model and entry arrangement are built to the site specification.
