BXJ8050 Series Warom - Explosion-Proof Terminal Boxes Ex eb mb IIC

The BXJ8050 Ex eb mb IIC variant is a Warom GRP explosion-proof terminal box with an optional encapsulated fuse module, certified for Zones 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22.

Putting a fuse inside a hazardous area enclosure normally forces a heavier flameproof design. Here the module is protected by encapsulation, the mb technique, so the box stays in GRP at IP66 while still giving in-enclosure fuse protection up to 10 A. Stud terminals accept 1 to 10 mm2 conductors at up to 50 A, rated voltage is 1000 V without the fuse module or 500 V with it, and the size and direction of cable entries can be customised on request.
