BXJ8050 Series Warom - GRP Explosion-Proof Terminal Boxes

The BXJ8050 Series is a Warom explosion-proof terminal box in glass fibre reinforced polyester, certified Ex e IIC and Ex ia IIC for Zones 0, 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22.

The GRP enclosure resists corrosion and carries no galvanic risk, which makes the BXJ8050 a practical alternative to a metal box on chemical, marine and coastal installations. It is rated to 690 V AC with Ex e currents from 24 A on 2.5 mm2 conductors up to 125 A on 35 mm2, is certified IP66 with IP67 optional, and covers ambient temperatures from -40 to +55 degrees C. Cable entries are not drilled as standard, so the box is configured to the gland layout the installation actually needs.
