MXR80A-075-503-00 SEW-EURODRIVE - MOVIAXIS Supply and Regenerative Module

The MXR80A-075-503-00 is a SEW-EURODRIVE MOVIAXIS supply and regenerative module that feeds the common DC link of a multi-axis servo inverter system while feeding braking energy back to the mains instead of dissipating it in a resistor.

Rated for a 3-phase 400 to 480 V supply, this module delivers 75 kW at a 4 kHz switching frequency or 50 kW at 8 kHz, with a nominal line current of 100 A at 4 kHz or 67 A at 8 kHz and a continuous DC link output capacity of 0.5 times 75 kW. The regulated DC link runs at 750 V for supply voltages up to 400 V, rising linearly to 750-800 V between 400 and 480 V, with a peak overload capacity of 250 percent of rated power for up to 1 second. The module is forced-air cooled with a temperature-controlled fan, rated IP10 (NEMA 1), weighs 22 kg, and is built for continuous duty per EN 60146-1-1/1-3 with EMC performance meeting EN 61800-3 category C2.
