The Phoenix Contact STEP-PS/1AC/12DC/5 is a STEP POWER power supply unit for building automation, with low idling losses, high efficiency, LED function monitoring and parallel connection capability for redundancy or increased capacity.

It delivers a nominal 12V DC output at 5A (60W), with a 5.5A/66W power reserve (I1) and a maximum output current of 9A under short-circuit, is rated for a wide temperature range of -25 to +70 degrees C, mounts on a DIN rail, and carries an MTBF above 500,000 hours.
