Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-STC4-Ex2 SMART Transmitter Power Supply

The Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-STC4-Ex2 is a 2-channel isolated barrier that supplies 2-wire SMART transmitters in a hazardous area and transfers the analog input signal to the safe area as an isolated current value, with integrated test sockets for HART communicator connection.

It supports HART, BRAIN and Foxboro SMART protocols, runs from 20 to 35V DC via Power Rail or terminals, accepts a 0/4-20mA field input and delivers a 0/4-20mA output onto up to 550 Ohm load, offers a deviation under 10uA and a settling time of 200us, and is rated up to SIL 2 per IEC/EN 61508 for Zone 0/1/2 and Div. 1/2 hazardous areas.
