Proline Promag H 100 Endress+Hauser - Hygienic Electromagnetic Flowmeter

Proline Promag H 100 is an Endress+Hauser electromagnetic flowmeter built for the smallest flow rates and demanding hygienic applications, with an ultra-compact transmitter and integrated temperature measurement.

Covering nominal diameters from DN 2 to DN 150 (1/12 to 6 inches), the Promag H 100 measures volume flow, temperature and electrical conductivity from a single device, with mass flow and corrected volume flow calculated downstream, typically across flow velocities of 0.01 to 10 meters per second at specified accuracy. The sensor housing, measuring tubes and compact transmitter are stainless steel 1.4301 (304), hygienic-design certified to 3A and EHEDG, CIP and SIP cleanable, and rated IP69K. Process connections in 316L, PVDF or PVC and electrodes in 316L, Alloy C22, tantalum or platinum (up to DN 25) allow the wetted parts to be matched to the fluid, and connectivity options span EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus RS485 and 4-20 mA HART with pulse, frequency or switch output, including use in Zone 2/Div. 2 areas. Heartbeat Technology provides in-service verification, and local operation is available through an integrated web server without extra software.
