Banner Engineering SGR3-533Q8 EZ-SCREEN Grid Safety Receiver, 3 Beams

The Banner SGR3-533Q8 is the receiver half of an EZ-SCREEN Grid multi-beam safety system for perimeter and access guarding, with 3 beams at 533 mm spacing that protect a height of 1066 mm.

The system is diverse-redundant and self-checking to IEC 61496-1 Type 4, synchronizes optically with its emitter without a controller or sync wire, responds in 24 ms, and offers selectable external device monitoring and trip or latch output. This receiver pairs with the SGE3-533 emitter (0.8 to 20 m) or the SGXLE3-533 long-range emitter (15 to 70 m), measures 1251 mm overall and connects through an 8-pin Mini-style quick disconnect.
